So, my last journal entry was nearly five months ago...

... Life's sad.

I'm still without a permanent job after college, and I'm beyond thankful that my boss was able to keep me on until the end of December, which gave me a lot of time, but after still not finding anything, I'm feeling kinda hopeless...

I've been in a bad place mentally, for the past few months. As seen, I haven't been able to create anything without either discarding it, being able to find the time (my work schedule's been erratic, my mom's super clingy, and my brother just got a dog that my mom and I ultimately take care of), or not being able to finish it.

I really think this is the end of my little art hobby. All I want is some peace. 

However, I don't think I could close my account, because I still love seeing everyone's art, even though it makes me wish I could get back into this. Fiction writing, creating art... I can't do it anymore.

I feel like I really need help, but, thanks to my shitty health insurance, it's pretty much near impossible because I can't afford to go to the doctor EVERY SINGLE TIME I NEED A MED CHECK.

I'm still here to talk, but I'm pretty much... dead in the art department. :/ Sorry peeps.

... has been dull and depressing. ;-;

I bought Animal Crossing: New Leaf and Super Smash Bros. for the 3DS with the graduation & birthday money I've accumulated. 

I've been trying to find a permanent job with no success, so I'm going back to my summer job for the end of June (next week) until mid-September (unless I find something earlier).

My mother nags me about how I "forced" her to become a Teaching Assistant (she wanted to, but didn't think she could, so Dad and I encouraged her) because she keeps getting screwed over by the school district she works at. In addition, she nags me about my dentist appointment which I tell her I'm paying for, as going to me is better than not going because I don't want anything else done to my mouth (fillings, extractions, etc. - basically terrified of all this). No one else in my family aside from myself regularly goes to doctor and dentist appointments... in addition to my eye doctor (and retina specialist...).

I've been trying to work on an entry for Lazy Man's Pageant 2016, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to finish it on time. T_T

I watched Another, Corpse Party - Tortured Souls, Parasyte - Maxim, and Shiki; a bunch of horror/suspense/thriller anime. They all have a bit of blood, but I definitely recommend watching Parasyte - out of the four listed, that one was awesome. Though, I gotta say most of them were slow at first (except Corpse Party). Took me some effort to continue on with Shiki, and Another draws you in after two or three episodes.

I'm rewatching the Marineford War arc of One Piece... Ready for tears OTL

I begin work next week, so I guess I got that to look forward to. ._.

So I'm officially a graduate... and I dunno what I'm gonna do with my life.

Until then, I'm working on a character I've been working on for years... 

Jelckama Tierra... which I've changed to Jelckama Wilhelmina.

The only problem I have is that I CANNOT figure out what Devil Fruit power to give her... I do my research and try to get it to match how she is as a person, and all I've come up with is this:

Scorpion Devil Fruit: She hates this Devil Fruit because it makes her look hideous, and it's also causing her to go blind. However, Crocodile helped her embrace parts of her power and this meant a lot to Wilhelmina. Scorpion user can transform into a scorpion with a hard exoskeleton, with the ability to burrow in the ground and produce a neurotoxin that can kill someone. Since Wilhelmina's a science fanatic, she uses her poison (which she's immune to - her own, that is) in weapons - two daggers pre-time skip, and razor claws post time skip. Prefers to use her tail and claws in battle despite not looking her devil fruit powers.

Anything else I can think of would be a logia power, or a poisonous animal zoan-type...

I feel like I've developed this fairly well and I don't want to abandon it but it seems so weak. OTL HALP ME PLEASE. Input appreciated.

1. I'm the eldest child in my immediate family, but the second youngest among my first cousins.
2. I have really bad dental hypochondria.
3. I'm really bad at committing, which is why I haven't been posting art.
4. Despite this, I like creating characters with written character templates that I work on for a year or more (apparently).
5. I'm taking Psychology, but I wish I changed my major to Communication Studies. Since I'm graduating, I can't.
6. I have to take a summer class online which I'm aggravated about.
7. Even though I like my friends at college, I still have some complaints about the school (and town) in general.
8. I have two cats - 6-year-old LuLu and 5-year-old Boob (yes, Boob).
9. I'm a huge fish hobbyist and want to get a HUGE fish tank.
10. I volunteer with my second cousin's cat rescue...
11. I'm supposed to be maintaining the site, but it's difficult with schoolwork. 
12. The only major dental work I've had is having my wisdom teeth extracted and one deep filling.
13. I really wish The Middle was on Netflix because it's awesome. <3

Uh... That's hard for me to answer, lol. I'd say England, considering that it's nice and I wouldn't have to get accustomed to another language.

Sometimes rainy... Sometimes sunny... As long as it isn't snow or another freaking hurricane, I'm good. (y)

Right now: Reese's.

One Piece. I go from One Piece, to Hunter x Hunter, to Batman: Arkham, and back again.

Gotta say Wind Waker because they went from a total realistic representation to a cartoon.

1. Wilma broke up with Crocodile long ago when they were rookies, but she still has feelings for him.
2. She has an illegitimate daughter from a man (Farahard Benz; 51) in Water 7; that same daughter (26) hates Wilma for what she's become.
3. Has a fascination with Biology and Chemistry, but prefers to dabble in Chemistry (creating anti-venom for poisons) using live... human subjects).
4. Hates her Devil Fruit Powers (Zoan fruit; Scorpion) and prefers to use a grapple hook and chain as a weapon instead, along with utilizing her own agility and Haki.
5. Suffers from cataplexy, meaning that strong emotions cause her muscle weakness and she collapses, but remains conscious.
6. Has an older brother, Piaras (52), and twin granddaughters, Corina and Sarina (5).
7. Past affiliation with Doflamingo... The nature of that partnership is currently unknown.
